Its a must

John 4:24 God is Spirit and those who worship Him must worship in Spirit and truth. today i was thinking about must worship him... for us who know God and are in a relationship with Him we must worship... this is not some kind of style issue it is a fact that we must become aware of God in our everyday life... I hope you set the time aside in your life for must worship times... times when all you really care about is sitting down with God and His Word and worshiping in the Truth His Word.... Take time today and worship in the Word.... For those interested and prayer partners... I will be speaking tomorrow at FBCIT. and this Friday and Saturday at the Illinois State Convention... Please Pray God will fill me... everyday

In my life today

i had time to enjoy some time in a book store... lots of books out there.... i was reminded that only about 15% of the population has ever read an entire book!! i hope that changes... if you are one of my students have you had your TAWG today? I am about to go and spend some time with Him before i sleep.... remember people really only want to know am i real and do i care... i am and i do.... everyday life.

almost everywhere i look there is a shortage of leaders or so we may think... however...on the most basic level everyone is a leader... a leader being someone who has influence... i have been with a great group of leaders at CABC... i helped them understand that God has given them a ministry and entrusted them with some great students and resources... what has God trusted you with? are you willing to use your influence/leadership to help people know Christ? God is looking for leaders... people who will use their influence for the sake of the Gospel... everyday life

Freedom

I spoke yesterday on freedom Gal.5:1... about 800 students were at the worship service... God really was awesome... it is great to know that our position with God cannot be earned by our performance toward God... we are free... free to follow... to become more like him and grow in grace...not earn his grace... he has set us free... be free... follow him from a passionate heart that he has set free...today me and the family are at the beach i am preparing to speak to the leaders of CABC... pray God will renew passion in these leaders to know Him and Share His Love.... that's what we all need.... i hope that as you walk in freedom from the grace God brings us you will have passion to tell others about what he has done for you... pray for a new friend of mine nathen tasker he is a worship leader from Nashville tn... check him out sometime... freedom
